Uncharted 4: the lost legacy is a an expansion series from UNCHARTED 4 Produced by Naughty Dog, following two of our all time favorite characters, Chloe Frazer from Uncharted 2 and 3 with the help of Nadine Ross from Uncharted 4. Originally it was going to be apart of Uncharted 4 storyline but developed into it’s own expansion.
Naughty Dog was on the fence of creating new characters or developing old ones, so that idea developed into investing in Chloe Frazer’s Character with Nadine Ross.
As you know in the previous series Chloe’s skills and knowledge for treasure hunting came from her father along with her driving expertise. (You’ll find out why, continue reading)
Nadine Ross is an expert mercenary/complete daredevil. So of course Naughty Dog was compelled to write such a brilliant story.
Chloe Frazer is on the hunt of the legendary golden tusk of Ganesh by trying to find different symbols, with the help of Nadine you’re on a massive adventure in the ruins of the Hoylsala Empire. Not to forget like every Uncharted Series there is a villain. Asav: A calm, calculated warmonger that is waging a civil war in the region.
Our heroines travel through the depths of India while trying to avoid or get out of Asav’s army’s attacks.
This expansion takes the best of the Uncharted Series’ puzzles and cinematic story telling, which takes it to the next level.
YOU CAN DRIVE ANYWHERE. There’s a vast huge area with different locations, you’ll have the chance to check your map to go anywhere. Don’t get me wrong it’s not an open world just a huge place to walk around or drive (Driving is faster).
You’ll have a 4×4 and let me tell you it’s going to be your best friend, don’t you dare ditch your best friend.
While exploring the area you’ll come across Asav’s army, different chapters, puzzles, weapons and what not.
There is a whole lot of jumping (from the chapter I tried) climbing, and swinging around by using hooks just like the Uncharted Series we all fell in love with.
I won’t spoil too much but the game graphics are unbelievable and very appealing to the eye (as always), feels like you want to chill there one day when all of this is done and Chloe finally has her golden magnificent Tusk of Ganesh staring into the vast green fields and mountains of India.
Uncharted 4: The Lost Legacy will be released on August 22 for the Playstation 4 and will support Playstation 4 Pro.
Last but not least, as GCON we would like to thank PLAYSTATION SA for inviting us to the exclusive media event,
